Something unique about you summed up in one sentence:

I grew up in a school system with deaf and hard of hearing programs, so I’ve known sign language my whole life. I still love to practice by signing to songs.

Your favorite part of working at Bold Insight:

The supportive and open communicative culture that has been curated here is absolutely unreal.

Favorite quote:

“Where words fail, music speaks.” ~ Hans Christian Andersen

Your favorite city in the world is...and why?

Chicago. There is so much this city offers but the best part is the people; they make you feel at home.

Long-term personal or professional goal:

I am a SCUBA diver and would love to do a Great Lakes shipwreck dive. You train for it in a dry suit because the lakes are so cold.

Favorite book:

My favorite book series is The Sword of Truth. If I discover that someone loves fantasy or is looking for something new to read, I suggest it.

Best piece of advice you’ve been given:

Treat yourself as you would treat others. That sounds backwards, but it’s easy to put others’ needs before your own; be kind to yourself, too.

What is your favorite way to give back to the community?

I enjoy running 5Ks for charities!
