Nohra has an interdisciplinary background in biomechanics, human performance, and science and technology studies. She brings enthusiasm and a spirit of curiosity to every project. Her research experience in a variety of industries has shaped her interests in medical device usability, human-machine teaming, and social systems of technology. Nohra holds a BS and MS in biomedical engineering from Drexel University.

I started up my own kombucha brewery in Philadelphia.

The Hague. It’s human-scaled and full of interesting people from all over the world.

Running 20 miles and eating a whole block of cheese. Not really. It’s just coffee.

What superpower would you most want to have?
I want to shapeshift like Beast Boy!

Long-term personal or professional goal?
To advocate for the overlooked and oppressed.

I love sharing food, whether it means cooking for my small group or distributing groceries to those in need.
