Research facilities

New research facility coming May 2022!

While we’ve had a flexible space in our Chicago office since it opened in 2019, we are always looking for ways to better serve our clients. We recently took over half the floor of our building (with incredible views by the way!), to build out a new observation room with one-way glass, reception space, and four flexible test rooms. Easy to find (across the street from Willis Tower – or ‘Sears Tower’ as us locals still call it!), there is a plethora of public transit options for both participants and observers.

We’re in construction right now so look for a virtual walk through, photos, and more info May 2022!

How to find us

Visiting our Chicago office or research lab?

Our office and research lab are central to every transportation option available. You’ll find us at 125 Wacker Dr, Suite 3000, Chicago, IL, 60606. As a point of reference, we are located directly north of Willis Tower. The best entrance into the building is located on the east side of Wacker Dr, directly next to the Boar’s Head Café.

L train: Our office is most easily accessible via the CTA Brown Line. The Quincy Brown Line stop is 0.2 miles (a 4 minute walk) from the office. Our building is located on the northeast corner of Wacker and Adams.

Metra: Just two blocks from Union Station (a 4 minute walk to our office) and four blocks from Ogilvie.

Next door to Willis Tower, you can’t miss us! If you’re driving, Google directions will take you to our door with no problems. There are plenty of self-park lots in the area. Hot tip: download and use a parking app (like Spothero) to help find the lowest price before you leave your home.
