Each year, Bold Insight pledges a percentage of its profits towards local and national philanthropic efforts. In 2022, the Bold for Good initiative focuses on environmental awareness and sustainability.

This initiative includes team-wide events, support of local environmental organizations, and efforts to reduce the company’s waste and carbon footprint. During Earth Week, Bold Insight held a team-wide cleanup event to pick up litter in local communities. Local and remote employees scoured their neighborhoods and parks to collect 150 gallons of trash.

“At Bold Insight, we’re passionate about pursuing environmental responsibility both as a company and as individual team members,” said Pamela Stoffregen-Gay, Partner at Bold Insight. “Making a positive difference in our world is a key pillar of our mission and our focus on sustainability directly addresses that objective.”

This week Bold Insight also highlights two organizations that focus on environmental conservation and preservation, the Morton Arboretum (near Bold Insight’s Downers Grove office) and Friends of the Chicago River (near Bold Insight’s Chicago office). The Morton Arboretum inspires guests to appreciate, learn about, and protect trees. The Friends of the Chicago River works to improve the health of the Chicago River system for the benefit of people, plants, and animals; and by doing so, has laid the foundation for the river to be a beautiful, continuous, and easily accessible corridor of open space in the Chicago region.

Additionally, efforts have been made to make Bold Insight’s offices more environmentally friendly through improved recycling efforts, purchase of more sustainable and environmentally responsible supplies, as well as a partnership with the real estate management company of its Downers Grove office to choose pollinator-friendly plants for the building’s patio landscaping.
