Jordan’s career has focused on improving patient care and user experience in surgery; she has spent 100+ hours in operating rooms collecting data to drive process and product improvements. Jordan’s work has been featured by various media outlets and spans topics such from patient safety investigations to cognitive biases to ergonomics. Jordan holds a BS, MS, and PhD in human factors from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
