Gavin Lew, Managing Partner at Bold Insight, will speak to UX practitioners, product managers, designers, researchers, digital leaders, and marketing executives at the UX Masterclass in Dubai. Attendees will gain insights from real-world examples, study logistics, and demographic-specific recruitment strategies. Lew will also share compelling case studies, such as developing the first hands-free mobile device operated by audio input and mobile app studies that diagnose mobility issues. These examples demonstrate the crucial combination of usability and accessibility in design. Additionally, he will discuss pioneering research related to cutting-edge technologies, aiming to engage the audience and foster dynamic discussions.
