We conducted ethnographies with patients using G- and NG-tubes to administer oral medications, identifying key pain points and informing better product design.

By observing surgical teams performing simulated mesh implantations, we identified where updated instructions and packaging caused hesitation or confusion. Our findings led to targeted improvements that reduced use-related risk in the operating room.
