The Human Systems Integration (HSI) division, formerly the Human Factors Engineering group, needed to clarify and promote the purpose of each of its programs in order to work more effectively across the organization.

We interviewed program managers and facilitated collaborative design sessions to define each program’s value, use cases, and strengths. We then developed internal messaging, communication frameworks, and updated website content to reflect the revised strategy.
