Alongside other leading user experience (UX) professionals from around the world, Bold Insight’s Gavin Lew and Robert Schumacher will be speaking at the UX Masterclass. This conference brings together senior leaders from each of the UXalliance partner companies to share trending UX topics from their local markets and provide a true international perspective for attendees.
Lew will be speaking October 14 on the importance of lending a UX framework to artificial intelligence (AI). “Now that we’ve seen the failures that have come with highly developed AI, we need to understand how UX principles can help rebuild trust and context around AI in a way that benefits our society,” Lew says.
Schumacher’s presentation on October 16 will delve into the insights gained by challenges faced by the UX community during COVID-19. “We all had to adapt,” Schumacher says. “Now, as we look back, it’s time to examine what we learned, what we had to discard, and how we can advance our work in this field.”
