Alongside experts in the computing and cybersystems industries, Bold Insight’s Mary McInnis will participate in Michigan Technological University’s Computing [MTU] Showcase. McInnis will join the session, Software Engineering and the User Experience: Alumni Experience, during which she will share her journey from mechanical engineer to human factors engineer, focusing on human factors and user experience (UX) research in the medical device space.
“I’m excited to speak to how human factors and UX research informs data science and other computing aspects of product development,” says McInnis. “As well as, to share how skills from my time at MTU are applied to my work as a UX researcher at Bold Insight today.”
The conference session will take place on April 5 and will be held both virtually and in-person. Computing [MTU] Showcase is presented by the Institute of Computing and Cybersystems and the College of Computing at MTU. Visit the website to register and view the schedule of events.
