This month, Bold Insight Managing Partner Bob Schumacher will present at the Quirk’s Event. The conference brings together leaders in the insights field for inspiring talks and networking opportunities.
In his presentation, Better together: How market research and UX research support product and service development, Schumacher will discuss the interplay – both synergy and tension – between market research and user research, and how both can be better when properly aligned.
