Schumacher, Managing Partner at Bold Insight, will speak on the importance of considering the needs of older adults in tech design and research in his presentation, Gran Got Tech? Inclusivity and Older Adults. Organised by the UXalliance, the UXMasterclass Leadership Series is an ongoing series of global events that brings together leading user experience (UX) professionals from around the world.

“Older adults are enthusiastic users of technology. But as tech gets increasingly complicated, there is a risk that they will be on the wrong side of the digital divide,” said Schumacher. “For many reasons, not the least of which is their increasing market share, we in UX must not lose focus on including older adults in our research.”
