Bold Insight joins panel with Microsoft, IBM, and Dropbox at CRUX by User Interviews

May 1, 2025

This month, Bold Insight Director Katie Leyden will take the stage alongside Kirsten Clemens from Microsoft, Casey Gollan from IBM, and Kevin Pinkley from Dropbox, as panelists at CRUX: The conference for research and UX pros. Hosted by User Interviews, the event will bring together leaders across UX, including research operations (ReOps), user research, and product and design teams.

The panel, Activating research strategy with ReOps excellence, will discuss how strategy can serve as a catalyst for ReOps’ impact. Speakers will advocate for the ReOps practice, sharing how it helps organizations navigate innovation, AI, fast-paced decision-making, and organizational silos.

“When research and business goals are in sync, real impact happens,” said Leyden. “ReOps is the link that drives successful research outcomes.”

With over two decades of experience, Bold Insight brings a unique perspective to the conversation. The team’s deep expertise in managing complex studies, recruiting diverse participants, building in-house ReOps capabilities, and scaling research across global markets positions them as a leader in operations strategy.

The event will take place on Thursday, May 8, from 125pm CST at LondonHouse Chicago. Visit the event website to register and learn more.
