Their passion lies in human factors studies, ranging from complex drug delivery systems to software as medical device (SaMD). Their research background in linguistic and business anthropology offers clients insight from various industries that can be applied to every research question. Kaitlin has a BA in Cultural Anthropology and an MA in Business and Organizational Anthropology from Wayne State University.
