To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of over 600,000 women from eligible companies, analyzing the gender balance of each workplace, how it compares to Bureau of Labor Statistics industry data, and how representation changes as women rise from front-line positions to the board of directors. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, and have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women and at least one executive who’s a woman.
“We are fiercely proud of our incredibly supportive culture that promotes equity and inclusion,” said Pamela Stoffregen-Gay, Managing Partner at Bold Insight. “Ranking on this highly competitive list recognizes our dedication to empowering women and ensuring they feel supported both professionally and personally. Our team is 68% female and our management team is 71% female; we feel this accurate representation in our management is the direct result of a flat, non-competitive organizational structure that we set from day one.”
This achievement is the latest workplace recognition for Bold Insight. Previously this year, the company ranked #14 out of 100 on Crain’s 2023 Best Places to Work in Chicago list, received a Great Place to Work certification, and was named on Inc’s Best Workplaces list.
Bold Insight was founded entirely around employee experience and believes that there is a direct correlation between a strong company culture that values empowerment, resourcefulness, and ingenuity and delivering successful results for clients.
