Janelle utilizes both quantitative and qualitative research methods to help inform her research conclusions. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and employee experience research. She has a doctorate degree in Psychology from Indiana University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of New England.
