This month, Bold Insight Managing Partner Gavin Lew will present at STRAT, an immersive, two-day virtual event dedicated to the future of product design. The conference gathers global UX and product leaders to explore how AI is reshaping design and strategy. In his talk, UX evolved: navigating research and design beyond the obvious, Lew will share how UX is evolving in the AI era and what lies ahead, drawing on more than 25 years of experience leading digital innovation.
“As AI becomes embedded in every aspect of product design, we need to push beyond and design better. Let us take charge of products to make more human-centered experiences,” said Lew. “Looking beyond 2025, we must guide the responsible use of AI so that products not only innovate but endure.”
Lew is a frequent STRAT speaker, having presented at the 2023 and 2024 conferences. His sessions have incorporated concepts from his book, AI and UX: Why Artificial Intelligence Needs User Experience, co-authored with Robert Schumacher, which was published before the emergence of ChatGPT.
STRAT 2025 will take place online, September 9–10. Lew’s presentation is scheduled for September 9 at 3:00pm EDT. Visit the event website to register and learn more.
