Janelle has over 10 years of experience in research and pulls from her background in belonging and inclusion to improve accessibility for users. Janelle utilizes both quantitative and qualitative research methods to help inform her research conclusions. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, and employee experience research. She has a doctorate degree in Psychology from Indiana University, and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of New England.
