She brings a cross-disciplinary understanding to ethnographic research and business analysis and has focused on various sectors including technology, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, and housing. She is driven by the desire to understand why people think the way they do and to find solutions for the everyday inconveniences. Katie graduated with a BA from the University of Notre Dame in American Studies with minors in Business Economics and Collaborative Innovation.
