Kristin has over 15 years of experience managing and executing UX research engagements across a wide variety of industries and methodologies. As part of Bold Insight’s quality team, she uses her extensive hands-on knowledge to help establish training documents and curriculum for staff to ensure quality and consistency and enjoys mentoring novice researchers.
Clients benefit from Kristin’s unique technical background, as she can often be found designing lab solutions for studies (her specialty is figuring out how to capture the best data in challenging test environments). She is a member of HFES and UXPA. Kristin has a BS in Computer Science from Lewis University, and an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
