Andrew draws on his extensive international field research experience to help clients empathize with their customers. He has led multilingual projects across North and South America and loves to listen to the stories people tell about their daily lives. Andrew is passionate about leveraging multicultural research to design accessible experiences. He has a BA in Anthropology from the University of Chicago and a PhD in Linguistic Anthropology with an emphasis on face-to-face interaction from the University of Michigan.
