Arhama is a disciplined UX Researcher with a diverse professional background which brings a unique perspective to every client challenge. She is passionate about providing value through research, having served as a financial counselor to underserved communities and improving a service facilitating the pediatric cancer caregiver experience. Arhama has supported human factors and UX projects in healthcare, consumer products, and sales industries. She has a BA in Psychology from the University of Illinois in Chicago and a MS in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University.
