Researcher
Tracey’s background is a blend of research, design, and art, all connected by a desire to amplify people’s voices. To every client challenge, she brings UX and product design experience in healthcare, social services, and non-profit organizations with a particular interest in design for social impact. Tracey is passionate about using research to make informed and effective design decisions that can better people’s lives. She has a Master of Design in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

I used to be in a band and seriously pursued rock stardom.
Your favorite part of working at Bold Insight
I love that we give voice to users and aim to make things work better for people. I also truly appreciate the depth of knowledge my coworkers have, which I get to learn from every day.

In your spare time you would absolutely do this:
Go to a ceramics studio, make clay objects, and listen to music.
Your favorite city in the world is...and why?
I don’t think I’ve traveled to enough cities to answer this yet but I did love visiting Florence for its rich history of art and craft.

You cannot start the day without doing this:
Petting my dog and listening to podcasts.

Your ultimate celebrity dinner party guest list would include:
There are so many artists I want to converse with, but I will choose a very famous one for this answer: Carole King so we can talk about Tapestry.
Long-term personal or professional goal?
Advocate for expression of the human experience through research, design, and art.

Any other facts to share?
My undergraduate degree is in ceramics and I still try to keep a ceramic art practice.
