She has worked with clients to address business issues with research that spans UX, innovation, segmentation, shopper, packaging, brand equity & comms tracking, strategy & messaging, economic indicators, and geopolitical risk. A testament to her broad research knowledge, she was recently appointed to the ESOMAR Global Congress Programme Committee. Lynn has an MBA from DePaul University.
