UX Researcher

Aarren draws on his background researching diverse organizational relationships to understand the experiences of users from various demographic groups. He utilizes both qualitative and quantitative methods to identify areas of improvement for client’s products and subsequently provide recommendations based on empirical best practices. Aarren has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Applied Psychology specializing in organizational interactions and leadership from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
