Allen uses their background in psychology, counseling, education, and research to investigate users’ experiences. After working in higher education for six years as an instructor and administrator, they now bring this lens to UX, uncovering for clients how users interact with technology and products. Allen has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas.
